Menara Partners was founded by brothers Dia and Ghassan Abukhalaf, who share a vision of building a trusted bridge between global organizations and local markets in the Middle East. Together, they bring over four decades of combined experience in finance, operations, technology, and business leadership, blending strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Dia Abukhalaf, Managing Partner, is a finance and operations professional with deep expertise in organizational management, recruitment, and business expansion. His experience leading teams and supporting international development projects across Jordan and the region inspired the creation of Menara Partners — a firm designed to make market entry and operations seamless for international and regional businesses.
Ghassan Abukhalaf, Co-Founder, is a dynamic sales leader with more than twenty years of experience driving growth in the information technology sector across the Middle East, Gulf, and the US. As Sales Director at UniTicker, and through previous roles with Sabre, Oracle, NCR, Lexmark, and Xerox, he has built a strong record of leading high-performing teams and forging partnerships with C-level executives. His expertise in AI, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise software brings a technology-driven perspective to Menara’s strategic vision.
